Our story
Bariloche is a beautiful small town in North Patagonia, Argentina. Its economy is based on 4 products: meat, wine, chocolate and ice creams. Butchery de Bariloche restaurant has brought these 4 elements to Tel Aviv.
In Butchery de Bariloche, our guests are greeted with blocks of Argentinean chocolates as they enter the restaurant, while wine is being poured into glasses from a barrel. The comfortable restaurant space includes a butcher area, where our professional butchers guide diners as they select their choice of meat cut, type and size. We dry age meat cuts on the premises on a daily basis, and bring them to an optimal level. It is the combination of knowledge, experience and skills that make for the perfect meat cut.
From our wine section, you can enjoy good wine poured from a barrel into carafes set on the tables. These are selected Tishbi winery wines, and wines from Mendoza, Argentina. Before you leave, try our special desserts, made in our own bakery, and ice creams made according to authentic recipes from Bariloche.
